Salmon
A succulent salmon steak covered in butter and grilled to perfection &
topped with a scrumptious Honey mustard sauce, served with Max’1
mashed potato and seasonal vegetables pan-fried in garlic butter.

A rolled flour tortilla, filled with your choice of one of the fallowing
delicious fillings:
Spicy Vegetables or Refried Beans, covered with salsa & cheese &
grilled until golden, topped with salsita, sour cream & guacamole.
Served with refried beans & Mexican risotto rice.
Tequila Max’s Chilli con Carne
A whole bowl of steaming chilli, served with rice and warm flour tortillas.

Originally from the Caesars Hotel in Tijuana, a crisp mixed leaf lettuce,
tossed in our creamy Caesar dressing, with juicy black olives, topped
with seared chicken breast (or not!) Served with crispy flour tortilla
strips & finished with Parmesan cheese.

cater for parties of various size and for all occasions. Outside catering
undertaken, just ask to speak to Tasha or Phil and we will organise it
for you.
As
our food is prepared to order we are able to offer non-spicy options on
some of the menu choices. So for those of you that just don’t do
HOT, let us know and we can sort something out for you.
